Quality Assurance (QA) is the activity of providing evidence needed to establish confidence among all concerned, that quality-related activities are being performed effectively. All those planned or systematic actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that a product or service will satisfy given requirements for quality.

Quality Assurance is a part and consistent pair of quality   management   proving   fact - based  external
confidence to customers and other stakeholders that a product meets, needs, expectations, and other requirements. QA assumes the existence and effectiveness of procedures that attempt to make sure - in advance – that the expected levels of quality will be reached.

QA covers all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing to documentation. It introduced the sayings “fit for purpose” and “do it right the first time”. It include the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production; and management, production, and inspection processes.
Our stringent quality assurance norms apply to both the raw materials and the finished Fragrances and Flavours that we produce. Tests are carried out an on-going basis to to consistency in quality blends even supply after supply.

In addition, sample from each batch are tested for stability and self life, under a variety of conditions.
To assure consistent supplies of Fragrances and Flavours, all formulations and specifications of ingredients are computerized to ensure reproduction of the original creations in the ensuring supplies. Simultaneously, a great deal of effort goes into perfecting and assuring supplies of raw materials from which Fragrances and Flavours are derived.

Raw     materials    are    continuously    subjected   to
microprocessor gas based Liquid chromatography analysis.
The factory of HFF (P) Ltd, Bangalore is widely acknowledged as a model factory in the Fragrances and Flavours industry in India. It incorporates a range of imported and indigenous equipment designed to ensure consistency in high levels of product quality. The plant has an installed capacity to produce 10 tones of finished blends in a single day. It houses stainless steel vessels for blending. Manufactu-ring practices are at par with international standards. HFF (P) Ltd. Follows a policy of intensive investment in upgrading and modernizing facilities.
